Steve Rogers moves back into Avengers Mansion, and then sets out across the country in his super-van to respond to hotline calls. Meanwhile, Firebrand and Blue Streak meet at The Bar With No Name to discuss the mysterious Scourge, who has just recently killed Death Adder. Later on Captain America runs into Blue Streak, but Blue Streak escapes only to run into…Scourge.
