Refunds:
Pop Culture Hobbies, LLC specializes in graded pop culture collectibles.  Graded comics, magazines, toys, and collectibles which eliminates any confusion that “rose-colored glasses” may bring to the grading process. Therefore, every item we sell has been certified by a third-party non-biased agent. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund, less the shipping and handling costs, within ten (10) days. Approximate processing time for returns is 24-48 hours. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Shipping:
We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on the value of the product. All orders are shipped to the buyer’s requested shipping address.  The shipping charge is determined by weight and value.

We ship all international orders via USPS Global Express Mail. The shipping charge is determined by weight and we follow the USPS Global Express rates as follows:

$73.00 for up to two (2) books plus $14.00 for each additional two (2) books to Canada;

$80.00 for up to two (2) books plus $14.00 for each additional two (2) books to Mexico;

$90.00 for up to two (2) books plus $14.00 for each additional two (2) books to European countries;

$100.00 for up to two (2) books plus $14.00 for each additional two (2) books to all international countries other than Canada and Europe.

Consignment fees:
Consignment fees on the Pop Culture Hobbies, LLC. Web site are a standard 10%. The consignor gets exactly 90% of the sale price (seller’s commission) of any consigned item(s) with no hidden costs.

Raw Collectible Consignments (A Full Service with Single Source Responsibility):

• Pop Culture Hobbies will take your ungraded comic books, magazines, or collectibles and submit them to third-party grading companies. Simply call us in advance with a list of what you will be sending us, carefully pack and ship the books to our offices and your work is done!

• We make frequent deliveries to CGC, CBCS, PSA, AFA, and other third-party grading companies.  Pop Culture Hobbies incurs all the risks involving the transport and delivery of your raw comics, magazines, and collectibles and is fully insured.  Since we get a commission off the final sales price we offer comic cleaning and pressing at no additional cost; we will coordinate with you prior to offering any cleaning or pressing services as there is always additional risk depending on the age and condition of the book.

• We will fill out all of the necessary submission forms and submit your books under the Pop Culture Hobbies Account in the appropriate grading service (tier) so you do not have to lay out any of the grading costs. We will deduct the grading costs from the sale of your graded items on our website. There are no hidden fees or costs!!

• Pop Culture Hobbies will inventory, scan, and upload your products onto the popculturehobbies.com website where they will be listed in the product catalog and sold under your consignment ID.  The items will be listed under your personal account and you will receive email notification of every bid and purchase made on any one of your books.

• Only after the requisite dollar amount of sale(s) of your comic(s) or magazine(s) will the CGC grading fees be deducted from your consignment check, which is issued within two weeks of the respective sales.

• We do all the work while you can relax and watch your collectibles sell on our website. All of this for only 10% commission (you receive exactly 90% of the sale(s) price(s) of your book(s) after the deduction of the grading costs!!
