The Fantastic Four thwart a brazen attack by terrorists on their headquarters. After the battle, Agatha Harkness appears before them and tells the group a dire threat has just arrived on Earth. At that moment, all across the globe, people in different nations see a figure walking across the sky surveying all he sees. The Fantastic Four track the mysterious visitor down and lure him to their headquarters. After a brief demonstration of his power the stranger descends to the street below, where he easily defeats the Fantastic Four. He then presents “The trumpet of Gabriel” and proclaims “The end of the world is at hand!”.
